You have the right to return all products within 14 days after receipt with no costs for you and without any reasons given for your decision. The deadline commences with the receipt of products and with you possessing this information about your right of return. In the case of a return of a product the contract becomes invalid. If the product is obviously damaged or has obviously been used, Hifi-Phono-House can require compensation. You can prevent such circumstances if you refrain from using or damaging the product.
