The offers on this website are dedicated as a rule to end costumers with residence in one of the countries specified above. Exceptions to the rule are requiring a special agreement (please contact us via e-mail for agreement modalities and shipping costs).
In the case of a delay in the delivery we will contact you via e-mail or phone.
In the case that your delivery can't be shipped at once the missing parts will be shipped for free.

Additional information for the delivery into Switzerland:
The customs authorities are inspecting randomly mailings from time to time. For these inspections costs about of 24,- plus VAT are charged, which are not covered by our shipping costs. Please understand that we can’t take over these costs and that we need to charge them in the case that they aren’t claimed directly from you.
This provision is part of the delivery contract.
The processing time for deliveries to Switzerland lies currently approx. at 8 days.
