Keces Sphono

The latest progression from Keces is the Keces Sphono, a phono preamp that can connect up to four cartridges, a jewel for lovers and music lover, for a product of the highest quality sound.

The Sphono Keces consists of two single housing, in one is housed the high quality linear power supply and the other forms the phono preamplifier. Keces is mainly known as a particularly high quality power supply specialist, which is built at Sphono on a voltage of 48 volts. There is no need to worry about this important voltage, which means that it is up to it with enough stability to power the Sphono. The Sphono has four unbalanced inputs, two for mobile magnets and two for mobile coil systems. Individual loads of 47, 100, 150, 220, 330 and 470 picofarads can be switched in parallel on both MM inputs. For load impedances of 56, 100, 220, 470, 1200 and 47000 ohms, two MC connections are available.

Special fine tuning allows separate amplification for MM and MC of 6 dB each. This extremely variable phono preamplifier allows the activation of a subsonic filter via another switch and the equalization option according to the RIAA or IEC cut characteristics via a switching option. Happy that we have freedom of choice with the Sphono.

Also inside, a perfectly separate channel design and obvious amplification stages for a sophisticated phono preamp triggered the passion. A selective listening pleasure of the extroverted class is made possible for an inexpensive price.
