Thorens TD 1600

This Thorens TD 1600 turntable represents the successful evolution of the legendary TD 160 of the 70's.

The improvements made to the suspension allow effectiv decoupling and prevention of lateral oscillations of simultaneous vibrations of the subframe, the are similar to a piston.The TD 1600 is equipped with the high quality TP 92 tonearm. The power supply of the TD 1600  is located outside the unit.

The processor ring transformer completes the sturdy construction of this turntable. Two colr are available in black and walnut, both in glossy finish.

Those who have had the pleasure of using the TD 160, will not be disappointed with this new version proposed by Thorens.
An acrylic dust cover is included.

The cells can be ordered from our list. There is no cell included with this TD 1600 turntable.
