The Audio Technica AT-OC9XEN MC cartridge from the OC 9 product line replaces the AT-F7 and is fitted with a bare diamond.
The elliptical models feature a neodymium magnet with a pure iron yoke for better magnet flow.
Audio Technica has solved the fastening problem perfectly with the internal thread in the corpus. Screws with nuts are not necessary.
- With low-mass elliptical nude stylus and aluminium cantilever.
- A neodymium magnet and a pure iron yoke provide increased magnetic energy
- Threaded inserts in the cartridge allow it to be attached to the headshell or integrated tonearm with just two screws - no nuts are required
- The aluminium housing minimises unwanted vibrations for reduced resonance and excellent audio reproduction
- Pure copper is used for the coils using the Ohno continuous casting process (PCOCC) to achieve the purest possible signal
