Product information "Audio Technica AT-OC9XML"

The Audio Technica AT-OC9XML MC cartridge replaces the OC 9 MLII and features a boron needle carrier with a microlinear diamond.

The neodymium magnet has a yoke made of Permendur with a considerably higher magnetic energy. The housing is made of aluminium and ensures greatly reduced resonances.

With bare microlinear pin and boron cantilever, which offers lower distortion and high transient response.
A neodymium magnet and Permendur yoke provide dramatically increased magnetic energy
Threaded inserts in the cartridge body allow the cartridge to be attached to the headshell or integrated tonearm with just two screws - no nuts are required
The aluminium housing minimises unwanted vibration for reduced resonance and excellent audio reproduction
PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting) is used for the coils to achieve pure signal transmission
